Yannick Alléno entrusted his Pavillon Monte-Carlo, table on the waves of the sublime Hôtel Hermitage, to the eyes of Chahan Minassian. The Armenian-born interior designer made this stopover at Rocha on his own. “Chahanism” operates there with the naturalness of beautiful materials. A huge metallic wood counter, foreground of an open kitchen with geometric tiles, immediately creates a convivial spirit. We let ourselves be enveloped by the gestures of the brigade and the kaleidoscope of the sea reflected in small smoked mirrors. Shimmering whitewashed, grey-green tones, each element is designed as a subtle reminder of the Mediterranean, over which an XXL terrace extends its hanging garden.
