New Congress Hall, the theater of this show

The new convention and exhibition hall was built on the territory of Hub 4.0, the former Cinram factory, restored by the Seine-Eure agglomeration. The work has just been completed.
The entire wasteland was purchased in 2014 when the Cinram plant closed. There were 12 hectares of covered buildings, 20,000 m2, including 12,000 m2 for demolition. Only historical buildings have survived. And part of them was sold to a private person (Rodolphe Durand), who turned it into a coworking space (La Filature). “It was the first brick of this complex,” says Bernard Leroy. This was followed by the 1800 m2 Nursery 4.0 to finally see this set rise from the ground for exhibitions and conventions.
The Congress Hall offers 1000 seats: 600 seats with retractable stands and 400 seats on chairs. The third room is reserved for catering.
The entire Hub 4.0 project cost 21 million euros. And the exhibition and congress hall is an account of 8 million euros.
