More than 100,000 students come to Lille every year, most of whom study outside the city. However, the areas of Moulins, Wasemmes and Vieux-Lille are likely to attract large numbers of these tenants each year.


In 2021, Nantes welcomed over 60,000 students. In addition to the University of Nantes, the city has various institutions such as the Ecole Centrale, the National Veterinary School, Food and Food Nantes-Atlantique or Polytech.
